Dominika Kozłowska-Łogin, Managing Partner

Mrs. Kozłowska-Łogin is a Managing Partner of Sephira Asset Management and has over 17 years of investment and due diligence experience. Mrs. Kozłowska-Łogin started her professional career in a Big4 consultancy firm advising reputable Private Equity funds and banking institutions on due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, forensic as well as business restructuring projects. Later, she became an investment principal in renowned PE funds and a Managing Partner in a VC fund. She was responsible for arranging leveraged buy-outs, portfolio management, and exits as well as early-stage investments. Mrs. Kozłowska-Łogin received a Masters in Finance and Banking as well as a Masters in Business Management from the Warsaw School of Economics. Mrs. Kozłowska-Łogin is driven by investment curiosity and focused on building and maintaining fruitful relationships.

Dominik Łogin, Managing Partner

Mr. Łogin is a Managing Partner of Sephira Asset Management and has over 15 years of experience in international financial markets. Mr. Łogin started his career as a market economist in the Polish banking industry. Later, he moved to London to become an interest rates derivatives trader. He was managing portfolios of linear and non-linear instruments in major currencies for a large German bank. Prior to joining Sephira Asset Management, he was a senior manager of the quantitative risk & analytics team for a Big4 advisory firm. Mr. Łogin received a Masters in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics and completed numerous professional courses and certifications, including the Equity Valuation program from NYU Stern School of Business. Mr. Łogin is an avid market historian and is tuned into the latest theoretical developments in investment and risk analytics.
